As of March 31, 2025, the shipment of hemp-derived THCA products is governed by federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill, which permits the sale of hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, each U.S. state may impose additional restrictions on THCA and smokable hemp flower products. This page outlines where West Coast CBD Supply LLC ships THCA products and where we do not, based on the most current legal research.

⚠️ Possible / Gray Area States (Use Caution):
Indiana, Kentucky, South Dakota, Montana, Nevada, Washington, Wisconsin
These states may have unclear or evolving policies on THCA or smokable hemp. We recommend customers check their local laws before placing an order. West Coast CBD Supply LLC may review and cancel orders if legal risk is identified.

Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
These states have active bans or significant restrictions on THCA, smokable hemp flower, or total THC content that includes THCA in calculation. Orders placed to these states will be canceled and refunded.
