We strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to assist. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

How to Initiate a Return

Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Refunds

Please be aware: The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account can vary. While we process refunds promptly, your bank or credit card company may take 5 to 14 business days to post the credit to your account.
