Shipping Policy

West Coast CBD Supply LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship orders using USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, as well as UPS Ground, depending on the size and destination of your order. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 business days within the 48 contiguous states. However, shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary without prior notice due to carrier conditions or seasonal volume.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our fulfillment center for packaging and delivery. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: USPS and UPS do not currently deliver to military base addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders placed to these locations will be placed on hold, and we will attempt to contact you for an alternative address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, West Coast CBD Supply LLC is no longer responsible for its location or status. Tracking information will be provided to help you monitor your shipment. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

If an address cannot be verified by our shipping system, our support team will attempt to reach you via phone or email. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (details provided via voicemail or email), the order may be canceled and refunded.

In some cases, our team may contact you to verify additional details based on the value or nature of your order. This verification process may result in a short delay. If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded without further notice.

Initiating a chargeback or attempting to cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
